Cub Scout and Boy Scout Awards

Cub Scouts earn the Light of Christ and Parvuli Dei; Boy Scouts and Venture Crew young men earn Ad Altare Dei and St. Pius XII. The Cub Scout awards are typically presented on Scouting Sunday by the pastor of the local parish. The Ad Altare Dei and Pope Pius XII awards are presented by Archbishop Naumann to each scout at the annual awards Mass.

The Committee sponsors religious emblems in the following four programs: Family of God, I Live My Faith, Mary, the First Disciple, The Spirit Alive. Click on the Emblems below for more information about these programs. Family of God and I Live My Faith medals are presented during Scout Sunday Mass by the local pastor. The Archbishop presents the Marion Medal and The Spirit Alive Medal to each girl at the annual awards Mass.
